Who is Alexandra?

Alexandra Gnidiak is a Slovak fashion designer and a graduate of the Studio of Fashion and Footwear Design at the Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design in Prague, where she studied under Professor Liběna Rochová. Alexandra Gnidiak's fashion creations are closely connected with theater and theatrical scenography. She finds her "heroines," as she likes to call them, in forgotten domestic archives and strives to retell their stories in a contemporary, original language. She presented her collections as a finalist in the Van Graaf Junior Talent 2023 competition at Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week SS24 and in the Diploma Selection 2023 at Designblok.
